There is nothing like drawing or painting from a live model to make you feel like you are in the right place at the right time. A portrait made in this way has a freshness that is  appealing and also shows the importance of a good drawing foundation. I have included these here because I consider them to be a testament of freedom combined with a solid drawing foundation.
